In the village of Deauville, a large home with garden was designed by interior designers Svetlana Matveeva and Anna Anelgolm as the perfect place to leave the bustle of the city behind and immerse yourself in the traditional atmospheres of the Europe of times gone by. The building’s 330 square metres are laid out over four floors, connected by a distinctive spiral staircase. This vertical development made it possible to create the ideal space for each member of the family and their guests. The theme throughout includes pastel colours, natural materials chosen for the flooring, panelling and fireplaces, and the careful selection of design pieces and artworks, all part of the owners’ private collection. White curtains filter and amplify the natural light that floods every room in the house. The master bathroom was also designed around its large outward-facing windows, which create an exclusive atmosphere in which to completely unwind with the help of the Celine bathtub and the Season vanity unit.
