Notary office, Milan

Studio Milano Notai
Acknowledged many times as the top Italian notary, this important international firm specialised in banking, no-profit organisations, startups and corporate law, has its headquarters in one of the most prestigious historical buildings in the centre of Milan, Palazzo Poldi Pezzoli. Built in the 17th century, it also hosts a famous house-museum with an extraordinary collection of works by artists such as Botticelli, Michelangelo and Tiepolo. The office was conceived by the founders as an elegant drawing room, in which to welcome clients into an intimate, refined and comfortable atmosphere. In its large rooms, the old herringbone parquet floors, pale wooden panelling and ceilings decorated with stuccoes unobtrusively complement design lamps, colourful upholsteries and pieces of contemporary art. The same interplay of sophisticated contrasts characterises the bathrooms, in which the pure whiteness of the New Etoile washbasin and the Rose sanitaryware harmoniously duets with the elegant warm grey shades of the walls and floors.
