Gender equality: Devon&Devon certifies its commitment

Respect for employees, talent development, inclusiveness and gender equality are the cornerstones of Devon&Devon’s business practice. The importance of the company’s commitment was formally certified by Bureau Veritas, which attested to its full compliance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 guidelines drawn up by the Italian Standards Body and also set out in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). Together with Devon&Devon, all five major Italian companies that are part of the Italcer Group received the certification, namely Italcer S.p.A. SB (with its brands Ceramica Rondine, La Fabbrica-AVA, Elios Ceramica and Bottega), Spray Dry S.p.A., Ceramica Fondovalle S.p.A. and Terratinta Group S.r.l. Benefit.
“We are particularly proud of this award,” explains Graziano Verdi, CEO of Italcer Group, “because it recognises and rewards the value of our strategies for creating growth opportunities for all employees, for equal pay and for work-life balance.”
At Devon&Devon, women account for 55% of total human resources, 62% of new hires in 2023 and 67% of department managers.
