Overlooking the famous Corniche seafront promenade, The Ned Doha is the third Ned boutique hotel in the world, following those in London and New York. The building is a piece of the city's history: constructed in the 1960s to accommodate the Ministry of Interior of Qatar, it was later radically renovated by renowned architect David Chipperfield and ultimately transformed by Soho House Design into a symbol of the most luxurious hospitality. Its seven restaurants, exclusive club, and ninety rooms and suites, inspired by the glamour of the 1970s, reinterpret the original architecture according to the highest standards of elegance and comfort for the most discerning clientele. Harmoniously blending retro charm with contemporary luxury, the hotel's interior design breathes new life into the expansive, old-world grandeur of the common areas and rooms, where vintage details harmonize with fine wood furniture, soft, colorful upholstery, and exquisite crystal chandeliers. In the large, light-filled bathrooms, the imposing sculptural shape of the Hollywood bathtub takes center stage. Its design is inspired by the golden age of American cinema and the exclusive lifestyle of the old Hollywood divas.
